2. Do things to surprise you.
The second thing the Narcissist will do while you have gone No Contact is doing things you never thought they would. Some of the things you may have even wanted them to do. They will try to ensure that you hear about it and that you would be intrigued enough to make contact.
When you go No Contact on a Narcissist, it can inspire them to do whatever it takes to grab your attention so that you can break no contact. It can be negative or positive, but their goal is the same, which is to get you to break that silence. So, whether it is a cry for help or a big announcement, you need to ignore their theatrics.
The Narcissist will say things and do things to provoke you to break No Contact. So do not fall for it.
