Number 6: They will stalk you.

Narcissists are renowned for their charm, but they can also be pretty scary when they want something from you. At the end of every relationship, narcissists use a variety of strategies, including stalking you online or in person. They enjoy manipulating people’s emotions and beliefs. They may send you messages on social media that appear to be from someone else.

You might also run into them in places you visit such as coffee shops or restaurants. So it’s no wonder that one of their favorite techniques is to deceive you. Narcissists will deceive you, believing that someone else is sending you messages to find out what you’re up to or where you’re going.

Number 7: They will make you feel jealous.

Narcissists will do everything they can to keep you feeling jealous and insecure so that you’ll always need them. They’ll tell you that nothing compares to their love for you, that no one could ever love you as they do. Sometimes, they may even tell you that you’re being too possessive or controlling when it’s just because they want to control what you think of them.

Narcissists will also play on your emotions and compare their life with yours; saying: “You should be happy because I’m successful.” This is an attempt to keep you in the dark and make you feel like nothing compared to them.

Number 8: They will attempt to hurt themselves.

Narcissists are experts at manipulating and controlling others. They’ll do anything and everything to keep themselves in the driver’s seat, even if it means hurting themselves. They’ll play a relationship like a chess game, always moving their pieces into position to get the best possible outcome.

The last thing they want to do is lose in their game of life and relationships. They don’t care what happens to them, they want attention and praise, so losing a relationship with someone who gives it to them is like a death sentence. They’ll feel like they’ve failed and gone on a self-harming spree. Sometimes, narcissists may cut themselves or just feel the need to punch themselves by drinking themselves to death.
