“Actually, you repulse me.” Or, “I find you completely and utterly repulsive.” Or, “You make my skin crawl,” poker face, silence, not another word.

“I deleted your text, your email, your voicemail, without even reading it or listening to it.” And stone-cold silence. Let the reality of what that says entirely land. And it will land deeply, I assure you.

12. Anything that infers that they are wrong.
13. Anything that infers that they are actually inferior in any way.
14. Mention anything that infers that you are onto them. You see right through them. In other words, they’re plexiglass to you.
15. Any negative feedback or perceived criticism.
16. “That’s none of your business,” and silence.
17. “I don’t care,” and silence.
18. “You’re losing at life.”
“Hmm, sounds like you’re losing at life.” Shocking and silence.
19. “Oh, please.”
And literally, roll your eyes. In other words, you’re not buying their BS. You know it, and they know it. So super short, super succinct, followed by silence, holding the vibe, strong, certain, and clear, and watch them crumble before your very eyes.
20. “It’s over.”
And mean it, followed by, “You guessed it.” Silence, and complete non-negotiable, detached energy. We’re not playing games. “I am done, period.”
