A Narcissist shows their possessive nature very early on. It is just intermixed with all the love-bombing and can easily be mistaken for just obsession. But the truth is that you have also become a possession that they will not take care of, but at the same time, do not want anyone else to have until they are done with you.
Jealousy does not mean the Narcissist cares for you. They are just protecting their interest, their property that they intend to suck dry before they discard it.

But to conclude, When a Narcissist thinks they own you, they want you to make them their world. They want your time, love, and attention and become jealous when you share these with anyone else.
