10 Most Effective Words that Will Crush Narcissists

Number 9: “I’m taking accountability for my own life and actions.”

When narcissists hear these words from their partner, they will generally think their partner is trying to take control or better yet, leave them alone. Narcissists will immediately lash out, thinking they will have no one to control, not because they love their partner. Being alone isn’t something narcissists would want to experience in their lives… this is because it is when their thoughts overwhelm them and eventually get crushed and broken because of them. That is why narcissists must have someone in their lives to keep them distracted from their issues, but it will never really go away unless they face it head-on.

Number 10: “You’re dead wrong about that, and you know it.”

Narcissists are extremely sensitive to criticism, but only when it comes from someone else. When you tell them they’ve done something wrong or made a mistake, which is inevitable, they will explode in Rage and try to make you feel like an idiot for daring to correct them. But suppose you point out that they’re wrong about something, even then the most respectful way possible. In that case, they’ll be crushed by your words and will probably never recover from the blow.

Narcissists will never admit they’re wrong, even if it means losing face. They are very insecure people, they’re terrified of being exposed as frauds. If you call them out on a mistake or point out that they’ve done something wrong, they’ll lash out at you in a rage, even though they are the ones who made the error in the first place. It is best never to deal with them for your good.
