3. Feign concern for your well-being.
And finally, when all else fails, the third thing the Narcissist will do is Feign concern for your well-being. By convincing your family members or friends that you are not mentally well and should not be out on your own and that someone should probably keep tabs on you.
Of course, the Narcissist does not care about your well-being- They just want to appear as the concerned considerate person, while you are portrayed as the unstable one who is not equipped to make sensible decisions. Narcissists are all about getting people to doubt your credibility and make them look at you sideways.
But to conclude, what we can see is that Going No Contact does not mean the Narcissist will stop trying to affect your life. They will attach themselves to whoever they can to keep tabs on you or tempt you back into their life. When a Narcissist refuses to let you be, it is because you have become their obsession. They are convinced that being able to have you or control you will make them happy.
Finally, be aware of the changing attitudes of those who have become infected by the Narcissist and the continual losses of support as the Narcissist continues to mar and ruin your reputation. No contact has its benefits, but it doesn’t mean that the Narcissist is done with you.
