Did you know that people with narcissistic personality disorder, or NPD, and those with antisocial personality disorder, who we will refer to as sociopaths in this article, both fall under cluster B personality disorders in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders?
Despite the fact that they fall under the same cluster, which sometimes makes it difficult to distinguish them from each other, their personalities are actually quite different!
