2. Being exposed
The second thing that hurts the narcissist real bad is being exposed. This is something I talked about before, so I will not go into it too much. But we all know how important the fake image is to them, and the many lies that they’ve told to maintain it.
Basically, the narcissist’s whole goal in life is to deceive people with their fake image.
