 10. Lack of emotional control.

 When you experience heavy emotions how do you deal with it? Are you the type to let it all out or do you want to keep it to yourself? See, when we let our emotions, especially rage and anger get the better of us, we will become someone who we are not. We throw tantrums, and we also blame other people for our disappointments.

 Uncontrolled anger is dangerous because it makes you become a narcissist. This is also applicable to extreme sadness and grief where we always feel down and insecure, especially about other people’s achievements. 9. Difficulties in relationships.

 This is one of the symptoms of CPTSD that you get from narcissistic abuse; it affects your relationships with your loved ones. This applies to both family and friends, including your partner in life. You’ll notice that your treatment for them would change; you don’t treat them as you treated them before. You’ll notice that you easily get irritated by them or much worse get easily angry.

 This results in you having difficulties connecting more to them because they will slowly be afraid of you and your actions in the future. Due to apprehension or a lack of understanding of how to engage with people, you may find yourself avoiding connections with others.
